I do not recommend Lidl Spain online or SEUR.I am utterly disappointed with Lidl’s Spanish online service. I spent €259.99 on a paddle board, and due to a glitch on their website my billing address was recorded as the delivery address. As soon as I noticed, I contacted Lidl customer service, who assured me the address would be corrected.SEUR confirmed receipt of the package, with delivery scheduled for 25th August. From there, everything went wrong. SEUR is impossible to contact – they ignore calls and emails. Lidl has been promising for over 10 days to resolve the matter but nothing has been done.The result: I still don’t have my order, I’m out of pocket, and neither Lidl nor SEUR has taken responsibility.Shame on both companies for their lack of reliability, customer support, and accountability. I will not be using Lidl Spain online again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.
