I encountered two frustrating situations at a local store recently. Last Tuesday morning, the manager addressed me very rudely when I mentioned finding a scanning device among the boxes. She simply told me to leave it, suggesting it was lost, and did not show any gratitude. Upon reporting this to a staff member, I learned that the manager often behaves poorly towards both staff and customers. Today, while using the self-checkout, I noticed a discount on bread that wasn't applied. When I pointed this out to a nearby staff member, she harshly told me to 'JUST LEAVE IT.' I wanted to escalate the issue, but my daughter was scared and wanted to go home. Overall, this store has provided the worst experiences I've had.
