Extremely Frustrating Refund Experience

I have spent over a year attempting to secure a refund for a 200 euro robot lawnmower, but all I've encountered is stonewalling from the company and the support team. They refuse to process a refund in-store since it was 32 days post-purchase when the item failed. The unit was supposed to come with a 2-year warranty under EU regulations for electronics. I cannot recommend avoiding the company's Parkside section more strongly after this terrible experience. I saw someone on a complaints show facing the same issue, and it seems the company only offers solutions when under public scrutiny; otherwise, they treat customers poorly.

Disappointing Experiences at a Local Store

I've had two negative experiences at a local store recently. Last Tuesday morning, the manager spoke to me very rudely when I mentioned finding a scanning device among the boxes. She simply told me to leave it, implying it was lost, and didn't express any gratitude. When I reported this to a staff member, she mentioned that the manager frequently exhibits poor behavior towards both staff and customers. Today, while using the self-checkout, I noticed a discount on bread that wasn't applied. When I brought it to the attention of a nearby staff member, she responded harshly, telling me to 'JUST LEAVE IT.' I wanted to address the issue further, but my daughter was frightened and wanted to leave. Overall, this store has provided the worst experiences I've encountered.

Staff Attitude Needs Improvement

While many products are good, a lot of the staff, including management, display an attitude that makes shopping uncomfortable. You have to be on friendly terms with them; otherwise, you might feel bullied.

Disappointing Quality of Produce

Last Friday, I purchased oranges at a local store and ended up discarding 4 out of 6 due to their poor quality. The week before, I bought a bag of potatoes that were completely rotten. Groceries are already expensive, and it's frustrating to throw away food after spending hard-earned money. This is unacceptable, experiencing rotten produce two weeks in a row is disheartening.

Unpleasant Discovery in Bakery Item

I frequently shop here, and this evening I purchased some bakery muffins only to find a hair in one of them. It was absolutely disgusting! I'm grateful I always cut my muffins in half to check.

Quality Issues with Sirloin Steaks

More often than not, the sirloin steaks (2-pack) look fine at the front but have excessive fat and gristle at the back. This is quite disappointing.

Poor Suction on Purchased Hoover

I bought a bagless Hoover that has very weak suction. I was told that service repair would contact me within two weeks, but I'm still waiting for that call. Overall, the service has been very disappointing.
