I have spent over a year attempting to secure a refund for a 200 euro robot lawnmower, but all I've encountered is stonewalling from the company and the support team. They refuse to process a refund in-store since it was 32 days post-purchase when the item failed. The unit was supposed to come with a 2-year warranty under EU regulations for electronics. I cannot recommend avoiding the company's Parkside section more strongly after this terrible experience. I saw someone on a complaints show facing the same issue, and it seems the company only offers solutions when under public scrutiny; otherwise, they treat customers poorly.

When I brought it to the attention of a nearby staff member, she responded harshly, telling me to 'JUST LEAVE IT.' I wanted to address the issue further, but my daughter was frightened and wanted to leave. Overall, this store has provided the worst experiences I've encountered.

Groceries are already expensive, and it's frustrating to throw away food after spending hard-earned money. This is unacceptable, experiencing rotten produce two weeks in a row is disheartening.
