I have purchased digital water kettle in 2023 and got broken from the handle. I purchased another one in 2024 because I like the model and style but it also got broken from the same plastic piece on the handle in much less than a year of use. This time I contacted Lidl Customer care and reported the situation with reference number 112887543 with photos of the broken piece/incident. They contacted me saying they fwded my complaint to their technical department and that they will contact me within 12 days. It will be almost a month in a couple of days, I sent 2 reminders but nobody takes care…This product is NOT safe!! It’s a water boiler and gets broken on the handle which may cause serious injuries. Lidl, you have to take care of the Safety issues of your products!!!
