Seriously is this a joke?

Seriously is this a joke?I contacted the customer service on Jan 6th for a faulty bike (second time in 6 months). I have still no answer even though I sent daily reminders to their team on Messenger. That team always says someone will contact me but no one ever did. I already complained here and I was told to send an email which also never got an email.Please don't waste your money and avoid Lidl.
