Regrettably, I’m afraid I am going to have to give this company negative feedback.My principal reasons are as follows;1. This company were instructed to carry out a straightforward repair on the edge of the rear door of our Motability vehicle, which houses a hydraulic lift at the back for the wheelchair. They were not qualified to repair the arm to the wheelchair, which had also been damaged due to a design fault when the vehicle was converted.2. I found that trying to get through on the telephone was consistently quite difficult and their recorded messages, in the voice of an American lady, was quite amusing since she stated that if you wish to leave a voicemail, please press the £sign. I’m not sure what this is anyway it left me very confused.2. The repair to the door was quite straightforward. I am not sure whether they repaired the door or fixed a completely new door.In any event, upon receipt of the vehicle I was absolutely gobsmacked to find that the door that had been repaired/replaced, when closed did not align with the door on the other side. In fact it was out by about 1 cm !?! This would allow rain/water to get into the vehicle at the rear which may cause damage to the hydraulic lift. 3. The repair took far too long and caused us considerable inconvenience as this vehicle was specifically adapted to the needs of 3 disabled brothers. 4. There was absolutely no feedback in relation to the progress of the repair, whilst in their possession, or indeed any indication as to what it was that they intended to do with the repair.5. The only reason I have given this a one star is that the chap who dropped off the vehicle was an extremely polite gentleman and very helpful.My biggest grievance is the fact that I am very very disappointed that a company who purport to be the best, and the largest in the UK, have quite incompetently and carelessly, bordering on negligence, undertaken a repair which is wholly unsatisfactory. Unfortunately ,we will have to endure further distress and significant inconvenience once the vehicle is taken again, so that the door can be repaired and properly aligned when closed.
