Apparently 'good' quality appliances let down with an appalling customer service and delivery service. If you order a fridge and ask for one to be removed, if the third party contractor (not brand) deem that it cannot be taken away then, they won't deliver the fridge. Leaving you without a fridge. You have to rearrange a delivery time, and they have no customer support out of office hours. I recommend not going direct if you have to order a fridge, but I can say, customer service is put them last.
