Frustrating experience with luxury wine fridge

The luxury wine fridge developed a persistent buzzing noise from a switch valve just 9 months after purchase, buzzing at least 100 times a day. While the issue was acknowledged under warranty, the support team claimed the noise is normal and should be muffled by the cabinet, but it isn’t. I may have to consider buying a new fridge. I would recommend avoiding this brand, as their warranty and repair support seem lacking. If you receive a faulty unit, you're likely out of luck.

Disappointing luxury wine fridge experience

The luxury wine fridge developed an irritating buzzing noise from a switch valve just 9 months after I started using it. It buzzes at least 100 times daily. Although the issue was recognized as being under warranty, the support team stated that the sound is considered normal and should be muffled by the cabinet—which it isn't. At this rate, I might have to buy a new wine fridge. I would advise against this brand, as their warranty and repair services seem to be nonexistent. If you end up with a defective unit, you're likely in trouble.

Terrible refrigerators!

We purchased two refrigerators at the same time about two years ago, and they are the worst I have ever owned! One started malfunctioning with a constant alarm noise that couldn’t be fixed with a reset as per the manual. The repair cost was significant, and now the other one is exhibiting the same problem. I will never buy from this brand again.

Awful experience

Awful, awful, awful! I have been trying to claim the promised cashback, but the assistance from the company has been nothing short of terrible. It's been nearly a month since I bought the fridge, and due to their faulty forms, which don't work online, I STILL haven't received the promised cashback. Avoid this company at all costs.

Mixed feelings about cashback offer

A cashback offer did encourage my purchase of a fridge, which was already expensive. I ordered online on July 7th and received it on July 11th. I submitted my claim but found the process complicated and outside the 30-day window. I nearly gave up, but decided to persist and submitted again after 30 days, only to be declined once more. I won’t trust this brand again. However, after persistent follow-up, I received a promise of satisfaction yet to be validated. The fridge itself is good, but the process has been frustrating.

Frustrating experience with alarm and service

I bought a fridge less than a year ago, and now I'm facing a continuous alarm triggered by an error code that requires a part replacement. While the fridge is still cooling, the alarm cannot be muted, and the only way to silence it is by turning off the unit. I contacted the service partner but was told I would receive a call in 24–48 hours just to confirm a technician's visit. This has left me with a loud alarm for five days with no resolution in sight.

Fantastic fridge

Fantastic fridge! Most importantly, it operates very quietly. It offers ample space inside, and the home app allows me to monitor the internal temperature. It seems to be of excellent quality and worth the price. Plus, it was delivered promptly!

Poor installation instructions

The installation and setup instructions are inadequate. The pictures provided are unhelpful and lack clear explanations. Even the online videos do not offer much assistance. Setting the temperature is particularly confusing, as the digital display is not adequately explained in the manual, and there are icons that are not referenced. It took us a long time to set the desired temperature.

Completely dissatisfied with the company

This company is utterly useless. I wouldn’t accept one of their products even if they offered it for free. They committed twice to service a wine cooler and failed to show up on both occasions.
