I reached out to the restaurant, and they confirmed that my order has been made and dispatched. However, the delivery platform shows no updates. I can't track the delivery person's location or confirm if they're coming. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times, but there's no way to speak to a human. The chatbot is unhelpful and doesn't provide any options. I'm starving, waiting for food that I ordered an hour and a half ago, and I'm unable to cancel or request a refund. This is the worst food delivery system I've ever experienced!
