Frustrating delivery experience

It's been over an hour since I placed my order, and the service indicates that it's not being prepared yet. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed that my order has been made and sent out. However, there are no updates on the delivery platform. I have no idea where the delivery person is or if they are even coming. I tried every possible way to reach the support team, but there is no option to speak to a representative. The chatbot is ineffective and offers no help. I'm starving, waiting for food that I ordered an hour and a half ago, and I can't cancel or request a refund. This is the worst food delivery system I have ever encountered!

Payment made but no food delivered

They took my money but I never received my order. There's no one to contact except for an outdated automated service or a pre-recorded message. It's terrible!

Clearly a scam

This feels like a scam. The website is poorly designed. They promise delivery in 20 minutes before payment, but after paying, the estimated time jumps to 55 minutes. This is deceptive. EDIT: The ridiculous response from the service just confirms my suspicions.

Order marked delivered but wasn't received

My order was marked as 'delivered' in the app, but I never got it. The doorbell didn’t ring, and I checked outside and at the entrance – nothing. I received a refund for the food, but the tip and delivery fee were not refunded. Very frustrating.

They deserve far less than one star

They deserve far less than one star... the management and customer service are the worst. To whoever responds to this review: please don’t send scripted replies. I know you don’t care. I emailed multiple addresses and contacted all social media channels. As a restaurant owner, we haven’t received our payments for two months. We’ve reached out but received no response. The support staff were completely clueless.

Food not received, lost my money

I ordered food one Sunday evening and never received it, despite the website stating it was delivered. I understand mistakes happen, but there's no compensation for the missing food. I lost my money. There's no call center, only a malfunctioning AI that suggests irrelevant solutions. I do not recommend.
