It's been over an hour since I placed my order, and the service indicates that it's not being prepared yet. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed that my order has been made and sent out. However, there are no updates on the delivery platform. I have no idea where the delivery person is or if they are even coming. I tried every possible way to reach the support team, but there is no option to speak to a representative. The chatbot is ineffective and offers no help. I'm starving, waiting for food that I ordered an hour and a half ago, and I can't cancel or request a refund. This is the worst food delivery system I have ever encountered!
