ONCE A GREAT SERVICE! Now it's plagued with endless new bugs and issues. Support always blames the user and their devices. I have multiple devices, and everything worked perfectly until a few months ago. Now, I receive strange errors and an influx of spam notifications (yes, I'm a paying customer, so WHY?). I get constant alerts about 'detected trips,' which I tried to disable, and now they're gone. However, support still insists it's my fault or my devices, ignoring my evidence. Recently, users on the map had a strange ring around them, but it seems to have resolved without any changes on our end. Yet, support continues to dismiss my concerns. AVOID SPENDING MONEY ON THIS! There's absolutely no support, just repetitive blame directed at the user.
