Working with Julz has been a complete realignment of my relationship with health food and fitness. I've always worked out, I've always tracked calories and I've always eaten well. However I've also fall 'of the bandwagon' and gained weight every few years. This time with Juls guidance it's been a completely different process. Instead of just doing 10 more burpees my perspective on food health and lifestyle has completely changed. I've lost 10kilos in 6 months and still ate the foods I love. Now bad days are just days because I know I'm in control and that the culmative impact is what matters. I like how realistic and 'normal' Julz is. Her approach is to be kind and considerate of yourself which is just lovely. Often I'd beat myself up and Julz would always be able to reframe it into a positive which has had a huge impact on how I vision health and fitness long term goals. Working with Julz has been a revelation I cannot recommend her enough.
