I have loved the last three months working with Jools. I was hesitant at first to invest in the coaching as I knew what I needed to do to lose weight and feel better but I just could never seem to put it into action or actually stick to it. What I have loved about Jools is her knowledge and sensible approach to all things nutrition. Plus the fact she's a lovely person! There has never been any judgement for slip ups. She totally gets what it's like to be juggling family, work and everything else. All suggestions are realistic and achievable and don't involve cooking separate meals or restricting yourself. I found the step by step process really straightforward and loved the opportunity to discuss things in further detail and ask lots of questions. For me, the accountability and reviewing of food diaries was invaluable too. I feel that Jools has given me strategies and tips to eat better and look after myself. Losing weight has almost become incidental. Highly recommend!
