I cannot recommend working with Jools enough. Jools made the changes that needed making, and the journey to get there, manageable, and liveable. She has helped me reset a lifelong damaged relationship with food, and stop fixating on numbers on the scales. My weight has always yo-yoed, and during Covid (healthcare job and all the pizza) it went another stone up on my previous heaviest. I have fixated on my weight since I was a teenager, losing weight rapidly knowing I would gain it back.Working with Jools has been, quite literally, transformative. There has been significant weight loss (5st to date), but this has almost become incidental. Thanks to Jools I have made lifestyle changes that mean I am happier and healthier.
