The reviews say it all to be honest. I was hoping for a better experience but even at pre-sales, this company has no accountability. Misleading customers with a specific advertised price but not willing to fulfill orders at prices they’ve listed. It’s not one item, it’s multiple items across their range. Customer service initially confirmed they could see the same pricing on their end, but later reverted their stance to excusing it as issues with them “not approving” their own ads. Diabolical for such a big retailer.
