For my scheduled appointment, I had to endure an over hour wait before being seen. Even for a simple sample drop-off (urine for a UTI, standing order), I was told to wait in the walk-in line with about 20 others. After some time, I needed to use the restroom and had to step out. Unfortunately, the line had not moved at all. If I had a specific form, I could have left it at the front. Very disappointing service.
