I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Even though it was merely a sample drop-off (urine for a UTI, standing order), I was directed to queue with around 20 others. After waiting a while, I needed to step out for the restroom. Unfortunately, the line hadn’t moved at all. If I had a specific form, I could have left it at the desk. Very disappointing service.
