Why have an appointment system then run 25 minutes over due to over booking and walk ins. This is the Air Canada of biolabs. The employees doing the work are great , I would say they are over worked. I thought the system would be better with appointments but the room was over crowded with many people deciding to not wear masks . Will try to avoid this lab in the future.
