All parts not recieved and some were the wrong size

I didn't receive the hardware pack with my purchase of the Tate TV Unit. It took 2 1/2 weeks to receive this after numerous emails to customer service. Once received and we started to finally assemble the unit, we discovered that the 2 division panels were the wrong size and didn't match the size of the support pillars, so once again we were unable to complete assembly. Now who knows how long I will be waiting for the correct parts to be sent out. I have people coming over for christmas and won't have my living area looking its best because of this issue. Hugely disappointing.
