They stole from me! They charged me $300 for a vial of tirzepatide that was not a significant amount for my dosage for a month. After constant back and forth communication, me sending them pictures of the vial and my syringes, they said they never received the pictures and that I am not eligible for a replacement vial. I asked for a refund since they were not willing to part with a replacement and was told my membership was cancelled and that I was not eligible for a refund. These folks are scamming the community out of money with less product. DO NOT use this online company for your GLP-1. They are terrible and not even willing to negotiate a proper solution for my problem.
