This company was not up front with their pricing. I also canceled my membership and was assured no prescriptions would be charged from my account. That was wrong. They did charge me after I canceled and you can’t seem to get in touch with anyone to get a refund. I have left messages on the portal and attempted to call, which resulted in always getting disconnected.
Ursula was very straightforward with getting me all the information I needed as well as being so kind and patient while walking through the app with me as I had to change my email and my password it was a bit of a struggle but she was amazing and it was a great experience!
She was such an amazing and sweet soul. She listen to me with my weight fluctuation. she gave me the same information that she has been through. Take time to make sure and listen to what plan that I was needing, and when I could start such a very very representative, she needs a complete raise and praise for all that she does for this company I want to tell you that I’m very very pleased and was able to start with you all with her guaranteed showing that they are there for her just as well as they are here for me.
They are using deceptive marketing and website tactics to get people to buy their membership when they believe they are purchasing the actual products on the webpages. However you have to pay a ton more money than they even advertise for the medication itself. When you try to get ahold of someone to get a refund they will not answer nor call you back or return emails. They clearly know what they are doing is deceptive and so many people have falling victim to it looking at all the reviews online. They will tell you that you can have the medication for more than half the price that actually comes up once you pay the membership and sign up. Untrustworthy and scam artists covered up in misleading webpages. Would not recommend using them unless you want to be out almost a grand for one months worth of GLP-1s. There are much better and cheaper companies!

After browsing through all the positive reviews and images, I proceeded to enter some personal details and payment information, feeling excited to get the product. However, I was soon informed that I needed to pay an additional $149 before receiving anything. This raised a red flag for me, and I quickly canceled my order without even exploring the site further. I requested a refund multiple times through the site's messaging system and email, but received no response at all. Instead of my canceled subscription, I was charged for a $19 subscription. There has been zero communication from the support team. As someone on a fixed income, I can manage $75, but not $225! This situation is incredibly frustrating.
