However, I was soon informed that I needed to pay an additional $149 before receiving anything. This raised a red flag for me, and I quickly canceled my order without even exploring the site further. I requested a refund multiple times through the site's messaging system and email, but received no response at all. Instead of my canceled subscription, I was charged for a $19 subscription. There has been zero communication from the support team. As someone on a fixed income, I can manage $75, but not $225! This situation is incredibly frustrating.
