This is a terrible company. They pulled me in with a “deal” that they did not honor or even acknowledge until I questioned why my bill was nearly $100 higher in the second month.
It takes about a month to receive your medication, yet they auto-renew and charge you roughly two weeks before your current medication runs out. Even after that, it still takes another four weeks to receive the next shipment.
I put my prescription on pause, and they charged me anyway. Then I had to go back and forth with them over a refund. They took my money, did not send the prescription, and then claimed it was because I had put the prescription on pause. Exactly — if it was on pause, why did you charge me in the first place? And why refuse to either refund the money or send the medication?
I ultimately disputed the charges with my bank and got my money back.
I am now with another provider, received my medication within four days, and have had no issues with pausing service or avoiding unwanted charges.
LifeMD was a terrible experience, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies offering the same type of service.
