Absolutely horrible experience. I finally received my telehealth virtual appointment 1 1/2 weeks later after they had taken my FSA card and authorized $447.00. I waited on hold at work for 12 minutes before having to hang up due to being a work and obviously wasn’t a priority. When I explained this to customer support, they said they could only offer a partial refund. I disputed this twice and got the same response with an expected refund within 5-7 days on 2/22/2036 and have yet to receive anything. Once again I have reached out. Another issue is they want to provide you with pills that you could easily get from your primary care for a lot less money . Buyer beware! Crooks.
