Do not trust this brand at all. I have been a member of many survey panels for many years and have not had any issues. Today i randomly receive a notice from LifePoints panel that my account was cancelled. I had about $50 in rewards i was ready to cash out which they cancelled also. They would not give me a reason as to why they cancelled my account. I protested and wrote how unfqair it is to just cancel account and take away rewards and not give a reason. I also stated maybe a warning was deserved if i did something wrong. They did not care and did not want to hear it. I guess they just want you to do their surveys and if you get too many rewards they deactivate you so they don't have to pay you out. If you want to make some extra money there are more trustworthy sites like branded surveys, swagbucks, etc. This brand is very shady. Use at your own risk

Upon signing up there's multiple surveys available. After you finish the sign-up process, which consists of giving them your personal information, they'll ban your account without any reason. Then they say that they can't tell you why they closed your account due to "security reasons." BS! They just collect people's information in order to flood them with spam and sell your info. AVOID THESE SCUM BAGS! These parasites should be shut down immediately! Lowest forms of life on the planet!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. After honestly completing surveys and redeeming points for a gift card, my account was unexpectedly suspended, and my redemption was reversed without any clear explanation. What exacerbates this situation are the conflicting responses from the support team: one email claimed the voucher was 'not available,' while customer support later insisted the points were reversed due to my account suspension, not voucher issues. Although my points were eventually restored, I remain unable to redeem them, rendering the restoration pointless. Despite numerous follow-ups, the service: refused to provide a clear explanation of the violation, maintained that the suspension decision is 'upheld,' and offered no resolution path. This situation feels unfair and misleading — earning points, having them restored, yet being unable to redeem them without transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot trust the reward system or account management of this service. Not recommended.

Reward Redemption Experience

I redeemed my reward on November 18 and received a code on November 22, 2025. I completed the form for the e-gift reward and submitted it, which was marked as successful. It was mentioned that the process would take 1-3 days, yet the reward has not been credited to my account as of now. This has occurred twice already. I hope this issue receives proper attention and can be resolved quickly.

I finally received my first reward, but the wait was excessively long. I hope they can improve this process and not keep us waiting for many days. The app is good overall, and I plan to complete another reward, but I want to receive my first one before pursuing a second to ensure a better experience for recommending to friends and family.
