There are very few companies these days that have a high level of integrity, a great product and outstanding customer service... I'm pleased to say that Lifepro is one of them! I have been both pleased and surprised by their commitment to customer satisfaction. I love the Hexa plate lite. I use it every day for at least 30min to 3 hours throughout the day. I usually sit in a chair with my feet on it, or I sit directly on it, or sometimes I stand on it. My balance isn't the best, so sitting seems to work just fine and with noticeable results.
It has helped regulate my nervous system, strengthen my muscles and has supported me on my weight release journey. I have dropped 60 pounds over the last year and a half and I'm convinced the Hexa Plate Lite has greatly helped with the results I'm seeing. Because I do use it every day and for multiple hours a day it puts a lot of wear and tear on it. It started making a loud vibration noise. I contacted the company, sent a short video of the sound and was sent a replacement immediately. I had it within a few days. They did not require me to ship the old one back, which saved me money on shipping and handling. Excellent. After some time, maybe a year, I received a text from a wonderful person from the company, just reaching out to check in to see if I'm still happy with my purchase. When I said yes, but I'm using it less since it's started making a noise again, they immediately shipped another replacement, no questions asked, which I received in about 3 days. AND they continued to reach out and check up on whether I received it and if I was happy. I cannot recommend this company enough. My only suggestions to the company is maybe make it a little more sturdy to handle extreme use (I think it's just fine for people who use it a lot less than I do.), and it definitely needs a longer cord for ease of placement for use. I use an extension cord and that works just fine.
