My initial experience with Lifepro’s customer service was not positive. However, once someone continued the support I had requested, my experience has changed. They have been extremely prompt and professional.
We were having some issues with our LifePro vibration board so I reached out to customer service. They responded in a very timely manner & we were able to get a replacement in a speedy manner. I was very impressed with their customer service team & response times. I am so excited to get going again with the vibration board! We love this product & will highly recommend LifePro to everyone! Great company & customer service!

I've had my Rumblex pro for a couple weeks and I'm already seeing improvements in my power and endurance, especially on a bike. I have been able to push through at high power on climbs and attack more often. I use it first thing in the morning to loosen up. Before and after a ride or workout and anytime my body feels heavy of stiff. I couldn't be happier with it.

I was having an issue with the plug on my vibrating plate. I reached out to customer support and they were amazing!!! I have the red light mask and belt from this company too. Well made products, but finding customer support like this is hard to find these days. So glad I selected Lifepro!
