Quite a process to go through to get a prescription. I understand the need for a virtual consult. You have to pay out-of-pocket for that. This is the third company I’ve gotten tirzepitide from. It did not work for me from LifeRX. Customer service is good, very responsive. And when they messed up my order, they made good on it. I just won’t order from them again because the product wasn’t as good as from other companies.
Update: LifeRX reached out and I can’t say enough about how good their customer services. I should have reached out to them about dosing because it seems like that may have been the issue. It’s clear they show concern for their patients and I may have been able to clear up the confusion if I had just reached out to them.
