It was all very simple and welcoming. The plan they chose for me was realistic and I’m enjoying it. They sent me a very In formative email that I use a guide if I get lost. Quite a process to go through to get a prescription. I understand the need for a virtual consult. You have to pay out-of-pocket for that. This is the third company I’ve gotten tirzepitide from. It did not work for me from LifeRX. Customer service is good, very responsive. And when they messed up my order, they made good on it. I just won’t order from them again because the product wasn’t as good as from other companies.
Update: LifeRX reached out and I can’t say enough about how good their customer services. I should have reached out to them about dosing because it seems like that may have been the issue. It’s clear they show concern for their patients and I may have been able to clear up the confusion if I had just reached out to them.
I had called with concern about my order and still having medicine and Ashley G. was quickly to cancels and refund my order through care credit. She was very helpful and very knowledgable. She informed and reassured me everything will be ok with everything g we discussed. in the future when i need help i will always be asking for Ashley G in the escalation dept. Thank you

I am very unhappy with the affiliate service I have received. I feel overlooked and ignored. I was added to a messaging app but then removed. I referred two people who signed up and used my code to get their medication, and they are satisfied, but I still haven't received any payment for my referrals. I was promised payment this week, but now I'm being told it will take a few more days. Meanwhile, I see other affiliates who have already received their payments. I continue to send people to sign up, yet I am not being compensated for my efforts. All I want is the money I am owed so I can move on. The support team ignores my messages, and I have to reach out to another representative just to get a response. It's frustrating; I just want what I'm owed.
