I, also, was charged and didn’t receive my product. Also, two times on hold for > 30 minutes. I had automated shipment that didn’t show up with no notification. Sent 2 emails. Requesting refund as I needed to switch to a different food. Absolutely no response. Suggestion: if you know call volume is high, hire more people. You lost this customer.
