My dog thrives on this formula. The dog's breeder recommended it originally. We switched to a different brand for a while, but then switched back due to her sensitive stomach. High quality product.
Sophie Joy began her journey with a specific brand recommended by her breeder, and we continued with it until she turned 2. Our veterinarian suggested a different food due to her weight, so we tried it for about 6 months. Unfortunately, this led to various side effects, prompting us to return to her original diet. Within just two weeks of going back, all the issues caused by the vet's recommendation disappeared. We then switched to a diet version of the original food, and now Sophie Joy's weight is well-managed.
Horrible Experience! They took my money and never sent the product!!! I’ve called and waited in queue but no one ever called me back. There is NO tracking information in my account for the product I paid for - WTH?!?!? I send two email inquiries via their “contact us” link on the website and the email comes to me NOT the representative or Customer Care. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointing!
Have ordered cat food from Life's Abundance for years.Now I can't get through to them to order on my auto-ship account.On hold for over a half hour yesterday before I finally hung up the phone.. Phone line always busy, too. Emailed an no response. And even when I tried yesterday to order on line the website kept prompting me for a phone number, which I entered. Then it said it still needed a phone number. What is going on?
Lifes Abundance has apparently gone out of business. instead of contavting their Autoship customers they are going out of business...they simply shut down their website and locked all customer accounts. The company is a ponzi scheme it would appear. BEWARE!
We got a puppy who was eating this food without an issues. The breeder gave us a week of food. I placed an order on October 9 that was scheduled to arrive October 11. I begin calling on October 14 without response. I have called numerous times and held for hours, left call back numbers, and sent emails. I still haven’t received a response. It’s been over 2 weeks and they have the money and the order. The charge isn’t pending, they have charged the card and kept the items!
I, also, was charged and didn’t receive my product. Also, two times on hold for > 30 minutes. I had automated shipment that didn’t show up with no notification. Sent 2 emails. Requesting refund as I needed to switch to a different food. Absolutely no response. Suggestion: if you know call volume is high, hire more people. You lost this customer.
