I'm in the process of consolidating a number of workplace pensions and found that one had been transferred to Lifesight at some stage unbeknownst to me. Every other provider has transferred promptly and professionally but Lifesight are using every trick in the book to create friction in transferring, endless forms back and forth, delays, reconfirming things, and now requiring an independent financial advisor, because they are concerned I might be being scammed. Next stage is clearly the ombudsman for me - avoid like the plague!
