Worst performing pension of the 5 I have - been in the scheme 10+ years, and it's lost money year on year. Now transferring it out - and it's a nightmare.
No customer service, response time, help or support at all, both on phone and email. From non responses on emails, even when chasing them, to passive, transactional attitude from customer "service" rep on phone with zero interest in doing anything to help.

Been trying to sort out the paperwork for transfer for 3 months now - documents are received by their office (with proof of recorded delivery) and they then contact me chasing for said paperwork. As no one wanted to bother looking for the post that had been received to their office. I've now sent everything again, recorded delivery signature and photo proof of delivery, and no response again. I look forward to not having any of my money in their company as soon as possible, but not holding out any hope for speedy resolution.

The agent "Rosie" was fantastic she was polite, patient and handled all my queries. Couldn't have been a nicer experience.

Was far better than I expected and issue was resolved sucessfuly with zero stress!

Carmel I would like to express my gratitude for the way you handled my pension transfer. Prior to your help the lifesight experience was poor at best.
When you came on board and spoke to me in December your genuine concern took all the upset and worry away.
You apologised for the experience I had been through and said you would get it completed. From our first call you kept me informed calling and e mailing as and when you said you would.
Your courteous and professional telephone manners are a credit to you. Once again many thanks for you help

If I could give them a zero.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have been trying to transfer a very small pension to my main scheme for the last few weeks. A typical scenario is they send a form for you to complete. You complete it send it back then hear nothing. You the send a what’s happening mail and get a response oh we need more information and another bunch of forms to complete. This has happened time and time again . They do everything possible to be unhelpful and have zero proactivity. Avoid like the plague!
