I have 2 pensions with WTW1. Drawdown Pension2 Workplace Pension.I can access my drawdown pension but not my work place pension. I rang the contact number provided and was told to reset my password...which I had done 3 times previous to telephone them. When I explained this to the agent I was told to send an email to support. I asked to be put through to somebody who could help, but was told the only way to contact support was through email, so I duly sent an email....that was 2 days ago and not even an acknowledgement reply to indicate the issue was being looked at. Looking further into my issue I tried to recover the user ID of my workplace pension and it doesn't show in the missing workplace pension user ID (which I previously logged into last year).
