Worst performing pension of the 5 I have - been in the scheme 10+ years, and it's lost money year on year. Now transferring it out - and it's a nightmare.
No customer service, response time, help or support at all, both on phone and email. From non responses on emails, even when chasing them, to passive, transactional attitude from customer "service" rep on phone with zero interest in doing anything to help.
Been trying to sort out the paperwork for transfer for 3 months now - documents are received by their office (with proof of recorded delivery) and they then contact me chasing for said paperwork. As no one wanted to bother looking for the post that had been received to their office. I've now sent everything again, recorded delivery signature and photo proof of delivery, and no response again. I look forward to not having any of my money in their company as soon as possible, but not holding out any hope for speedy resolution.
