This company is a nightmare. You have to do certain things like schedule an appointment through their portal, but if you need to cancel an appointment it must be done over the phone at the right regional phone line. eaven if you jump through all those hoops and cancel a week in advance, you will be charged because this business is a disaster. Then you will spend an hour or two trying to get through to a billing office that is not open normal business hours and you will sit on hold for over an hour only to be told that they can't confirm the cancellation and will charge you anyways. Save your sanity - AVOID this company
