Billing details keeps asking for copay. First 4x it was for $70. Then last 3x $35. I've called my insurance 2x, confirmed i have zero finanical responsibility. Gave billing dept benefit info, who i spoke to, and call reference numbers. I received my eob and confirmed ins paid 100%. They are now sending me a text and email i owe $35. The last 2x I've call, spoke to both Cy and Mike, confirmed 0 is my responsibility but it's still pending review.
