The call dropped and when phoned back was a person that wasn't as patience as he was, but I need the product and just ordered it with her. I wish I knew his name because he was great! Plus, the$80 with the code listed in the website the guy was going to honor it and as O explained to Kristina did she have the code or I could do it online and suit myself she said only the Agents could submit it, but the amount I paid was the quarterly price $170. Not $80 discount
