I spoke with Reggie today regarding switching from the necklace to a smartwatch. He informed me that once you make this change, and don't like it, you cannot switch back to the necklace. He also let me know I could view the smartwatch on the Lifestation website, which I will do before making a decision. Reggie also added my email address for me in my sccount. He was very nice and profesional!
The original sales person, didn't get his name, was excellent with product knowledge with your companies and competitors! He was very patient. The call dropped and when phoned back was a person that wasn't as patience as he was, but I need the product and just ordered it with her. I wish I knew his name because he was great! Plus, the$80 with the code listed in the website the guy was going to honor it and as O explained to Kristina did she have the code or I could do it online and suit myself she said only the Agents could submit it, but the amount I paid was the quarterly price $170. Not $80 discount
