If I could give this service a negative rating, I certainly would. We have no idea how we got signed up, and we've been trying to cancel a recurring monthly charge. Last month, we were told that the charges would stop and that we would receive refunds for the year. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened, and the charge is still there. The representatives are nice, but it seems they don't follow through on what they promise!
