Very Frustrating Experience

If I could assign a negative rating, I absolutely would. We have no idea how we ended up signed up, and we've been trying to cancel a recurring monthly charge. Last month, we were told the charges would stop and that we would receive refunds for the year. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened, and the charge is still there. The representatives are friendly, but it seems they do not follow through on their promises!

Terrible Experience with This Service

Recurring Charge Issue

Fraudulent Practices

This service is completely fraudulent, and they managed to deceive a well-known magazine into promoting one of their products. Luckily, my bank recognized the fraud and notified me, voiding the transaction. The vendor listed on my credit card authorizations was entirely different from what was promoted, and the pricing was also inconsistent. Avoid at all costs.

No Glasses Received

In October, I ordered a pair of glasses for $54. My account was charged, but I never received the glasses. No email was sent about delivery time or anything. This appears to be a scam.
