I was given a voucher by a colleague for Christmas. When it finally came round to using this, the code went through and worked fine, but I could not download the actual voucher to use in the restaurant I had applied for (Five Guys). Every time I go on to 'download voucher', it just keeps saying 'something went wrong'.
I have reached out weeks ago to the support team, and have had 1 email back, saying they are investigating it. What is there to investigate???? The voucher doesn't work!! Refund the money, or send a new one that works - really not hard.
The communication is awful and the product itself is clunky and requires far too many steps compared to other vouchers competing in the same space.
Would not recommend at all.
