what a palaver to try to use this gift card ,first you have to register a account with them WHY? then input the gift code ,you then select a store in my case M&S was selected i got message a M&S £30 voucher could be downloaded to be redeemed in store ,however when the voucher was downloaded the value was zero nothing at all
my account with lifestyle showed i had £30 credit but lifestyle would not let me have it
i contacted their help service only to be told Due to the very high demand i would have to wait for a response this high demand is not surprising if my experience is typical there must be loads of frustrated customer of lifestyle who are having problems in redeeming gift cards ,My advice is just buy a gift card direct from the retailer that's much easier
Given the gift card as a present - went to redeem and get a voucher for the restaurant I wanted to visit but could only buy £25, £50 or £100 denominations for a voucher and my gift card was £40. Opted to top it up by £35 so I could get a £25 and £50… only after purchasing it, do they tell you it can take 24 hours to approve. That was Sunday and it’s now Tuesday and still no update on my £35… what an absolute hassle!
I didn't think it was at all clear how to use it. Kept telling me to remove a VPN I didn't have. I was given this as a gift and after the time and hassle I've spent trying to redeem mine, I would never buy one and wish the same hassle on a friend or family member. I'm sure it's so complicated so they hope you just give up!
A completely scam app. I got £20 voucher for Christmas and i chose to use it for JustEat. When i copy the code in just eat app it says the code is wrong so i login to lifestyle website and i saw that my voucher was changed to H&M. I didn’t want it but I though i might use it one day. I went few days ago in store to use the card and they told me that is not working as the code is invalid. I been talking to their customer service but it seems that my card is lost as they keep passing me to somebody else.
Don't buy it if you don't want wasting time.
So annoying website, you will spend hours to find section with correct gift cards. All website look as big marketing of consumption.
I'd be absolutely mortified if I'd bought someone one of these vouchers and had the utter rigmarole I've just had whilst picking out something for my own birthday. You should be ashamed. One can only assume you make it so frustratingly difficult so people give up, and you pocket the cast out vouchers.
Got stuck in a loop trying to reset my password. Simply couldn’t get it to reset. Struggled a little to get through to the phone support, as they were busy and no queuing system. However, once through Sam, the advisor, couldn’t have been more helpful, sorted everything for me including redeeming the vouchers on my behalf. Nothing was too much trouble for him 10/10
It good but there should be a time limit on the website needing security code before it needs another I accidentally closed it and went right back on it and a security code was required again
I strongly advise against purchasing these vouchers; it's a complete waste of money. The website and technology are the most frustrating I've experienced in ages. It feels outdated, like something from the 1990s. After an hour of effort, I still haven't been able to redeem it.
