I think the concept is fantastic. However, I started not very happy with the bottle dispenser. The first one broke, the second one's tube was too short, so I never got the last inch of toothpaste out of the bottle. I had also cancelled my subscription at this point, as I didn't need anywhere near the toothpaste amount that was being sent, and I had excess toothpaste. I contacted them regarding the 2nd useless bottle and was informed that the bottle had a lifetime guarantee if you still had a subscription. Boo, on my behalf. I ordered the new style bottle, and restarted my subscription to get the life time guarentee. The lovely customer service staff then contacted me and said they would refund both the old bottles and the delivery charge I had on one. I was extremely impressed with this, as I hadn't requested this. That's great customer service. Let's see how the new style bottle is, and hope they have this one sorted. As I do love this product, the sustainability and the whole idea of it. Thank you for great service, Farrida!
