Money taken and not delivered although it says in my account it’s been delivered!!I like the product but it’s been relentless with the late delivery and things not showing up so I’ve cancelled my subscription and will get my toothpaste elsewhere. I’m past the point where getting the good product outweighs the rubbish service.
Form without the function. Ordered a while ago and used a few times before the pump got clogged up. Rinsed it out repeatedly and in the end gave up. Looks pretty enough in my bathroom, but the toothpaste won’t come out of the pump, so it’s heading for the bin.

I think the concept is fantastic. However, I started not very happy with the bottle dispenser. The first one broke, the second one's tube was too short, so I never got the last inch of toothpaste out of the bottle. I had also cancelled my subscription at this point, as I didn't need anywhere near the toothpaste amount that was being sent, and I had excess toothpaste. I contacted them regarding the 2nd useless bottle and was informed that the bottle had a lifetime guarantee if you still had a subscription. Boo, on my behalf. I ordered the new style bottle, and restarted my subscription to get the life time guarentee. The lovely customer service staff then contacted me and said they would refund both the old bottles and the delivery charge I had on one. I was extremely impressed with this, as I hadn't requested this. That's great customer service. Let's see how the new style bottle is, and hope they have this one sorted. As I do love this product, the sustainability and the whole idea of it. Thank you for great service, Farrida!
I previously posted a one star review because I did not receive what I had ordered and emails were not answered. In desperation I posted the Trustpilot review, cancelled my subscription and got an immediate response. Farrida arranged for a full refund for monies owed and a free 3-pack of toothpaste. I was grateful for that but the time and energy spent trying to resolve the issue was not good for anyone's mental health. I don't think I'll restart the subscription as, looking at other people's reviews, there are too many pitfalls with the company currently. Pity.
Excellent toothpaste product, you literally can taste the difference compared to the high street choices. I like both the fresher tasting and longer lasting in my opinion. I have had to speak to customer service in the last week by email, as I damaged the dispenser. They were so helpful and offered to replace it at no cost, which I thought was amazing.
I’ve written both a 5-star and a 1-star review, such has been my Life Supplies experience. Since the introduction of the long-awaited new bottle, I am settling on 4-stars. I like the product and use it daily but, as I am obsessive about my teeth and gums, I don’t find that it always leaves my mouth feeling fresh, so I currently intersperse with another brand. Also, the pump tends to overshoot my electric toothbrush unless I am really careful. I have only just come around to using the deodorant and can report positively on it.
I have been using Life Supplies since last year. Have both the toothpaste and the deodorant on subscription. I like, others ,had a problem with the original pump bottle . LS sent me out a new one after they had changed the design and there are no problems with the new one. I have found Farrida in customer services to be extremely helpful with any queries I have had .
I've been ordering from Life Supplies for over a year now and I really appreciate what they doI started with just ordering the Antiperspirant refills back in 2024, the reason I went towards Life Supplies in the first place was because they offering refills for deodorant which actually contains aluminium which other similar companies shy away from using which showed to me they were actually interested in the science!More recently they've started doing toothpaste and I've joined along for this as well as I've been trying to change my life towards being more ethical and producing less waste, so it aligns really well with my lifestyleI've found I can easily delay or change my subscriptions when required, I often delay the Toothpaste refill as I have an excess at the moment, but if I do run out I can easily edit the shipment date to send it out ASAP which works well for meI've only had one interaction with the support team due to an issue with pricing which was actually my misunderstanding, but Farrida went above and beyond to honour the lower price despite it being my fault
Both my wife and I have been using the antiperspirant/deodorant for about 5 years now. The glass bottles are still going strong, never leak when we travel and are easy to refill. The lid on mine is starting to show it's age a little but I almost take pride in that! The scents are great and as someone who sweats more than the average bear I'm very happy with the effectiveness of what I've buying. It's also dead easy to change/ postpone delivery and super easy to get in touch with people to get things sorted on the rare occasions there's been an issue - normally my fault. The only reason its not a 5 stars is that this is still a bit more expensive than disposable options however it's close and well worth it for the steps towards lower waste!
