I would not recommend this mortgage company for first time homebuyers... They did not provide the level of attention or consistent communication I feel is necessary to support my needs. I was referred here by another lender who I had a good experience with, but they are no longer originating loans directly, so he put me in contact with Justin Brown. I never receive responses to my emails and when I do receive a response it is weeks later. This has happened on several occasions...As a first-time homebuyer with many questions, I feel this lender has not demonstrated the time or patience needed to provide adequate support, so I’ve decided to explore other lending options.
