I had a great experience with Deanna Zick with Lifetime lending. She was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was also very willing to help me outside of normal business hours which helped a lot because as a teacher, I cannot be on the phone during my workday. She also helped me get my closing costs covered through Hero Home program.
I would not recommend this mortgage company for first time homebuyers... They did not provide the level of attention or consistent communication I feel is necessary to support my needs. I was referred here by another lender who I had a good experience with, but they are no longer originating loans directly, so he put me in contact with Justin Brown. I never receive responses to my emails and when I do receive a response it is weeks later. This has happened on several occasions...As a first-time homebuyer with many questions, I feel this lender has not demonstrated the time or patience needed to provide adequate support, so I’ve decided to explore other lending options.
Vaughan and Rachel were absolutely amazing in helping me get a mortgage for my new home. From the very beginning, they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. They were always available to answer my questions (and I had a lot!), explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.
