The installer displayed a terrible attitude and showed no effort to resolve the installation issue. Their professionalism was lacking, and they were rude and ineffective. The representative who initially pitched the service had promised capabilities that were not delivered. I strongly advise against using this service! They even left a mess after installing the lift, contrary to what was assured by the representative. It feels like nothing but false promises!
