If I could rate 0 stars I would! This is either an extremely poorly ran company or a complete scam! I ordered a ceiling fan from them Jan 17th and as of today Feb 25th it has still not arrived. The tracking they provided shows that the carrier they use UPS, is still awaiting the parcel from the company! The original email showed the delivery date would be between Feb 2nd to the 21st. I’ve emailed them twice (there is no phone number provided) with no response. I’ve asked for my order to be cancelled and nothing so far…buyer beware!
